At 92 years old, Ivan Pedley embodies the spirit of vitality and longevity. Not only is he still actively competing in his favorite sport, he also inspires others by sharing his insights on living a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Originally from Walsall, West Midlands, England, Pedley has played table tennis since he was just 14. Now, nearly eight decades later, he has no plans to slow down. He plays ping-pong twice a week at the Great Wyrley Table Tennis Club and maintains an impressive record of approximately 14 games weekly.
Despite facing opponents significantly younger than himself, Pedley remains undeterred. While he acknowledges some decline in speed with age, he emphasizes that success in table tennis is rooted in technique.
