Details of the Allegations Against Fireside

According to officials, in March 2025, Fireside was implicated in the theft of $30,000 from her mother’s boyfriend, who resides in an assisted living facility. This information was disclosed in a report by KPTV, highlighting the questionable circumstances surrounding the access she obtained to the man’s finances.

Prosecutors allege that during a visit to the facility, Fireside accessed the bank account of her mother’s boyfriend. She purportedly guided him through a phone call with the bank to reset his online banking information, ultimately gaining control over his financial assets.

Transaction Details and Alleged Misuse of Funds

Once she had access, Fireside allegedly withdrew a staggering $29,000 from the account, using the funds to repay a loan made to her by a state representative. Additionally, she reportedly withdrew another $1,000 for her own personal use, transferring it into her own account.

The investigation into this suspicious financial activity was prompted by the man’s daughter, who alerted the credit union regarding her concerns about the transactions. The alarm was raised when unusual withdrawals were identified, leading to a deeper inquiry by law enforcement.
