EXCLUSIVE – Authorities have apprehended a Mexican national who illegally crossed the U.S. border at least five times. This arrest follows his conviction for child abduction and enticement in Illinois.
Leonardo Ignot-Osto, aged 40, was taken into custody while held at Scott County Jail in Illinois. The operation was conducted by agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
