The 29-year-old supermodel was photographed by renowned photographer Ben Watts in Bermuda, dazzling in a striking gold metallic string bikini paired with ruched bottoms from the designer Norma Kamali. In a previous interview with Fox News Digital, Nader emphasized the importance of maintaining a consistent fitness regimen that allows her to look and feel her best. “Throughout the year, I just try to stay as healthy as possible and just have balance,” she explained.
Surprisingly, Nader approaches her fitness with a sense of moderation rather than strict dieting. “I don’t go on any crazy crash diets,” she added. “I’ll just maybe cut out all my spicy margaritas for a couple of weeks leading up to a Sports Illustrated shoot, just to feel mentally clear and healthy in general.”
Humorously, she confessed that her biggest temptation is spicy margaritas, stating, “I try to cut those out for a few weeks, which is super challenging.” Nader also shared her love for ramen, expressing how she could easily indulge in several bowls a day.
While many models might prefer Pilates or running, Nader has carved her niche in boxing. “I box, which I feel has given me a lot of strength and toning,” she explained. Her dedication to boxing, which she has practiced for several years, has played a significant role in her fitness success.
Nader encourages others on their health journeys to find enjoyable routines. She suggests that a fun fitness regimen is vital to sticking with health goals while emphasizing that enjoying favorite dishes in moderation is perfectly acceptable.
For example, Nader shared her fondness for crawfish, stating, “I almost flew back to Louisiana for a crawfish boil because it’s seasonal, and it’s my favorite thing ever.” Her passion for food is evident as she revealed, “I literally can eat seven or eight pounds of crawfish in one sitting.”
In past discussions, Nader has also spoken about the importance of self-care, particularly focusing on lymphatic drainage massages as a way to rejuvenate after intense travel schedules. These massages help her “de-puff and de-bloat,” especially after long periods of deviation from her regular routine.
