Ilma Leandro De Oliveira, age 53, was apprehended in Falmouth, approximately 70 miles south of Boston, on March 20. The arrest involved agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the FBI, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

According to Patricia H. Hyde, acting Field Office Director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations in Boston, De Oliveira faces seven serious charges related to the sexual victimization of a child in the local community.
