New Jersey Court Rules Against Defense Claims in Gaudreau Brothers’ Fatal Incident
Sean Higgins faces trial this summer connected to the tragic deaths of NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew. A New Jersey judge recently denied a defense motion claiming that the brothers’ own alcohol consumption contributed to the fatal incident.
