Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, has praised President Donald Trump for delivering on his promises just weeks into his second term. Kirk emphasized that the president is effectively executing the agenda he campaigned on during the 2024 elections.

“The president’s delivering on everything he said he was going to do,” Kirk stated in an interview with Fox News Digital. He noted, “We are witnessing a remarkable pace at which the president is operating… President Trump is moving so quickly that Democrats are struggling to keep track of what they should be upset about.”

According to the National Archives Federal Register, since taking office on January 20, 2025, Trump has signed over 40 executive orders aimed at fulfilling his campaign commitments.

Key Executive Actions in Trump’s Second Term

Kirk expressed his enthusiasm for the flurry of executive orders issued by Trump, particularly those focused on controversial issues like gender mutilation and educational reform. He remarked, “I love the executive orders we’re seeing, especially those against gender mutilation and chemical castration. Kids are also excited about what we are doing with school choice.”

Among Trump’s notable actions is the executive order titled Protecting Children From Chemical and Surgical Mutilation, which bans medical procedures for children under 19. The order states, “It is the policy of the United States that it will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another, and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”

Education Reform Initiatives

Last week, Trump issued two significant executive orders related to education. One order aims to remove federal funding from K-12 schools that incorporate critical race theory into their curriculum, while the other supports the expansion of school choice.

Additional Executive Orders and Their Impact

Other executive orders signed by Trump cover a range of issues, from eliminating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the military to reinstating service members discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccination. Trump also reaffirmed support for the Hyde Amendment, which restricts federal funds for many abortions.

The Importance of Confirming Trump’s Nominees

Kirk highlighted the significance of confirming Trump’s Cabinet nominees, which include Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Health and Human Services, Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence, and Kash Patel for FBI Director. He asserted, “These candidates exemplify Trump’s promise made, promises kept agenda. Bobby Kennedy and his team represent a historical commitment to healthcare reform. Tulsi Gabbard has integrated many women into our movement, while Patel is essential for law enforcement reforms.”

Furthermore, Kirk urged swift Senate action to confirm these nominees, stating, “All three represent different segments of the growing MAGA coalition, which is both diverse and dynamic. They need to be confirmed, and I hope Senate Republicans act quickly.”

Engaging the Next Generation

Kirk, who oversees an organization with over 350 employees across 3,500 college campuses nationwide, aims to shape Generation Z into the most conservative demographic in history. He remarked, “I’m excited to witness this shift to the right, which I attribute largely to President Trump. We have a positive vision for young people, and we are actively promoting it on college campuses.”

Echoing his optimism, Kirk stated, “We believe Generation Z can indeed become the most conservative generation. The left is currently without a leader or direction, while we offer a vision of strong families, home ownership, and national strength. Our work at Turning Point will continue to advance these values in the next generation.”
