Senator Chris Murphy Critiques Biden’s Timing in Presidential Race Withdrawal

Senator Chris Murphy from Connecticut recently voiced his belief that former President Joe Biden should have exited the presidential race much earlier. He stated that the Democratic Party would have been significantly better served had Biden made that decision sooner.

During an interview on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’ with Kristen Welker, Murphy reflected on the situation, saying, “In retrospect, the president should have gotten out of the race earlier. There’s no doubt that the Democratic Party would have benefited from an open primary.”
