EXCLUSIVE: On Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement apprehended an undocumented Ecuadorian national, German Adriano Llangari Inga, who is facing charges of vehicular homicide in Minnesota.
The tragic incident occurred in August, when Llangari Inga allegedly drove under the influence, with a blood alcohol concentration twice the legal limit. The collision claimed the life of Victoria Eileen Harwell, a mother, and left her teenage daughter and sister injured, according to various reports from local media and the Department of Homeland Security.
