Authorities in Ohio have apprehended a 38-year-old illegal immigrant following allegations of voyeurism involving a 13-year-old girl in Hamilton.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office became aware of the incident on June 11 when a report indicated that Jose Juarez Vilches was observed looking through a window at the young girl while allegedly making sexual gestures. According to the sheriff’s office, Vilches also asked the juvenile to provide social media access in order to send sexually explicit videos.
In response to these disturbing revelations, law enforcement began a thorough investigation. With the aid of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, officers executed search warrants for criminal trespassing and voyeurism on South 13th Street in Hamilton. This area is a suburb located northwest of Cincinnati.
Upon arriving at the address, police found Vilches at the scene. The suspect attempted to flee but was quickly taken into custody. The sheriff’s office reported the arrest, confirming the charges against Vilches.
During the arrest, authorities uncovered four additional individuals residing at the same location, who were also living in the United States illegally. These individuals were subsequently detained by ICE and transported to the Butler County Jail, where they will remain under ICE hold.

The incident comes on the heels of another notable case in Butler County, where an illegal immigrant previously deported eight times pleaded guilty to murder. This case involved a victim discovered in the same area where Vilches and the other suspected illegal immigrants were arrested just two weeks ago.
