Former President Donald Trump and Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem are contemplating legal actions against CNN in response to the network’s reporting on an application that allows users to track Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Noem stated during her visit to the newly opened Alligator Alcatraz migrant detention facility in the Everglades that they are collaborating with the Department of Justice. She expressed intentions to potentially prosecute CNN, asserting, “Yeah, we’re working with the Department of Justice to see if we can prosecute them for that.”
