A trio of judges has temporarily halted the Trump administration’s attempt to expedite the deportation of Salvadoran migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia. This development unfolds against a backdrop of significant legal and political tension. The court orders, issued in quick succession, were welcomed by Abrego’s legal representatives while leaving Trump officials ready to confront the ruling.
