NEW ORLEANS — In the wake of retirement, SI Swimsuit model Camille Kostek and former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski are thriving together, two years after his departure from professional football. As they prepare for the Super Bowl, they share insights into their busy lives post-NFL.
Ahead of Sunday’s big game, Kostek and fellow SI Swimsuit model Jena Sims chatted with Fox News Digital about how Gronkowski has transitioned into his role as a sports analyst for FOX. “He’s stepped into this next chapter of his life, but he’s so busy with FOX. I mean, the guy has a five-hour pregame show on Super Bowl Sunday, along with a halftime show and postgame show. We’re always doing something new,” she explained.

Kostek emphasized how they continuously seek new challenges. “We’re always finding something to challenge us. It’s fun running around from city to city, doing all our things and getting to come together,” she said. The couple values their time spent together, often with their beloved French bulldog, Ralphie. Kostek revealed, “We try to spend as much time as we can with him. He’s a vital part of our family.” Their commitment to family extends beyond just their furry friend.

This past Friday, Kostek, Sims, Christen Goff, and Katie Austin hosted a special broadcast on SiriusXM from Media Row in New Orleans as they geared up for the Kansas City Chiefs versus the Philadelphia Eagles matchup.

Kostek and Gronkowski’s romantic journey began in 2013 when she was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots. Their connection blossomed, overcoming challenges like the NFL rule that prohibits cheerleaders from dating players. “I broke that one, but I kept it a secret for a little while. It was worth it in the end,” Kostek recounted.
Communicating and Connecting
In a relationship that thrives on mutual support, Kostek shared how they maintain their connection despite busy schedules. “We read our calendars to each other,” she said with a chuckle. “We don’t spend every waking moment together, so it’s exciting to sync up over the phone when we’re apart.”

Kostek illustrated a recent instance where they planned their schedules together. “I had the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch, and he had a podcast to record in New York. We lined up our schedules perfectly,” she explained.

She continued, “Even during our press week or after events, we prioritize small moments together, like grabbing a quick bagel on a park bench. It may only be 30 minutes, but that’s what keeps the romance alive. We both support each other, whether near or far.”
Exciting Future Adventures
Kostek and Gronkowski are already planning their next getaway, expressing excitement about a potential trip to Greece later this summer. “Whenever we find a week off, we book a trip. It’s our planned romantic time,” Kostek said.
