Oscar Moran Valle, a 43-year-old Mexican national and confirmed member of the Paisas gang, stands out due to his history of illegal entries. He has entered the U.S. an astonishing 12 times and has accumulated 11 criminal convictions. These include three charges of illegal entry, two for driving while intoxicated, and one each for drug possession, larceny, providing a false ID to law enforcement, illegal reentry, and driving without a license. ICE apprehended him on July 29.

Alex Salomon Reyes-Chavez

Next is Alex Salomon Reyes-Chavez, a 46-year-old from Honduras. He has illegally entered the U.S. five times and faces seven criminal convictions. His record includes two convictions each for burglary and heroin possession, in addition to charges for grand theft auto and cocaine trafficking. Reyes-Chavez was detained by ICE on July 30.

Angel Bonilla Barahona

Another individual, Angel Bonilla Barahona, is a 38-year-old Honduran national who was apprehended after repeating his illegal entry into the U.S. seven times. He has a total of seven criminal convictions, including three for assault, as well as resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and flight to evade arrest.

Marvin Javier Marquez Celaya

Marvin Javier Marquez Celaya, a 38-year-old from Honduras, was also arrested by ICE on July 30. His record includes five illegal entries and eight criminal convictions. Notably, he has three convictions for burglary, two for cocaine possession, and one each for larceny, domestic violence, and illegal reentry.

Thanh Van Nguyen

Thanh Van Nguyen, a 53-year-old from Vietnam, adds to the troubling narrative. He has a history of illegal entry and multiple criminal convictions involving burglary, larceny, assault, obstructing police, and damaging private property.

Jose Angel Munoz Saucedo

Lastly, Jose Angel Munoz Saucedo, a 40-year-old from Mexico, rounds out the group. He illegally entered the U.S. on 12 occasions and has been convicted of eight offenses, including four driving while intoxicated charges, two for illegal entry, and one for fleeing police.

ICE officials report that these six individuals have been detained as part of multiagency targeting teams established during the Trump administration. The initiative aims to apprehend what officials deem the “worst of the worst” among criminal illegal aliens in order to enhance public safety.
