In other posts on his TikTok account, he allegedly stated, “I’m going to kill Trump,” and expressed his sentiment about descending into a “literal oligarchy in 4 days and I’m going to kill Trump,” prosecutors revealed.

Buckley has been charged with criminal information for threatening Donald J. Trump as the President-elect. This charge comes as part of an investigation carried out by the U.S. Secret Service.
