A bear was recently spotted indulging in a delightful ice cream treat behind the counter of a popular ice cream parlor in South Lake Tahoe, California. Local authorities responded to reports of this unique incident on the morning of August 17.
Deputies from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the Camp Richardson ice cream shop to find a large bear busy behind the counter, as announced in a Facebook update from the sheriff’s office.
Upon arrival, the deputies were taken aback by the sight of a bear, affectionately nicknamed Fuzzy, seemingly positioned like an employee ready to serve customers.
Visuals captured on-site show Fuzzy peering over the counter, displaying a curious and animated demeanor. It was a scene that many locals and deputies found hard to believe.
