In his now-erased message on Truth Social, Trump criticized Bondi, claiming she has been all talk with no action. He expressed frustration over ongoing political issues, stating, “Pam, I have seen over 30 statements and posts indicating that this is the same old story. Nothing is being done. What about Comey, Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, and Letitia? They’re all guilty as hell, yet no actions have followed.”
Addressing Departures in Virginia’s Legal Leadership
Trump also referenced the recent resignation of Erik Seibert, the former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. Seibert alleged he stepped down after receiving pressure from the White House. Trump claimed, “We nearly appointed a Democrat-supported U.S. Attorney in Virginia, with a questionable Republican history. This individual was not going to fulfill his responsibilities. The worst Democratic senators pushed him, and despite his claims of resigning, I fired him for not having a case.”
