Surveillance footage recently released by Fox News reveals a terrifying incident where ICE agents took cover and safeguarded detainees while gunfire erupted outside a Dallas detention facility on Wednesday morning.

The recorded moments capture agents swiftly ducking behind two white vans as they transported detainees to safety. An ICE agent can be seen urgently directing individuals down a hallway, and one handcuffed detainee appeared to be injured, suffering from a head wound.

Moments of Chaos Unfold

Shortly after the initial barrage of gunfire, six ICE agents emerged from the building and proceeded towards one of the vans. Amid the chaos, two men crouched behind the van, attempting to shield themselves from the danger. An agent clad in full tactical gear opened the driver’s side door and inspected the rear of the vehicle, while another man, who wore blue rubber medical gloves, signaled for additional assistance.

Authorities have identified Joshua Jahn, a 29-year-old male, as the assailant who indiscriminately fired upon the facility from a nearby rooftop. This incident has been characterized as a
