Advocacy Group CEO Reveals $20 Million Offer to Recruit Protesters Against Trump
The CEO of an advocacy organization disclosed that his group turned down a lucrative offer of approximately $20 million aimed at recruiting participants for a nationwide protest against President Donald Trump.
Adam Swart, CEO and founder of Crowds on Demand, shared this revelation during an interview with NewsNation’s Brian Entin aired on Tuesday. Swart mentioned that interests linked with the organizers of the July 17th movement approached his organization with the proposal, which they opted to reject.
Protests Planned Across the Nation
On Thursday, protests against President Trump are scheduled across several cities, initiated by Good Trouble Lives On. This group describes itself as a peaceful organization focused on social change. Their primary goal is to oppose Trump and to address what they characterize on their website as one of the most severe rollbacks of civil rights seen in generations.
