Each Monday begins for her at 4:30 a.m., when she heads out for a 30-minute run. Despite the early hour, she finds joy in her routine and stays committed to her health.
Food is also a significant part of Larter’s regimen. She describes herself as a “protein mommy,” indicating her preference for a high-protein diet. “I try to eat very clean, but I eat a lot of protein all day long. It works for me,” she explained. In ‘Landman,’ Larter portrays Angela Norris, the ex-wife of a character played by Billy Bob Thornton. During her interview, Larter emphasized the importance of a confident mindset. “There is no space in my mind for insecurity when playing Angela,” she stated confidently. “I wouldn’t be able to do it if I allowed insecurity to creep in.” For Larter, embracing inner strength is crucial for portraying her character authentically.

“I don’t think Hayes [MacArthur] and I ever thought that we would be able to leave Hollywood. However, after the pandemic, it really shook up our town, and a lot of the work has moved anyway,” she explained.
