As he arrived in Philadelphia for the highly anticipated parade on Friday, Gardner-Johnson utilized Instagram Live to showcase his custom hoodie. His choice of wording was provocative, reading, “Swifties can LIX my b—s.” This remark swiftly caught the attention of the public and Swift’s ardent fanbase.
The NFL player’s comment follows his earlier jabs aimed at Travis Kelce, tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. Kelce has gained media attention due to his relationship with Swift, especially after the Eagles convincingly defeated the Chiefs 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX.
