According to a Fox News voter analysis, Trump successfully attracted 47% of voters aged 18 to 29. In this demographic, former Vice President Kamala Harris maintained a narrow lead with 51% of the votes.
In neighboring Michigan, analysis results showed Trump gaining traction with 50% support among young voters, while Harris trailed closely with 48%. In Arizona, the state where TPUSA is headquartered, Trump garnered 48% of the youth vote, compared to Harris’s 51%.
Ultimately, Trump achieved significant victories in key battleground states, securing 312 electoral votes and winning the popular vote overall. This illustrated a substantial increase in support from 2020, where he captured only 36% of the votes from the same age group, which was firmly held by Joe Biden with 61%.
Colin Reed, a prominent Republican strategist based in Washington, D.C., remarked on Kirk’s distinct role in broadening the appeal of the Republican Party. Reed noted that it was once unimaginable for a Republican candidate to perform almost evenly among young voters against a Democratic opponent backed by a plethora of Hollywood endorsements, which highlights Kirk’s influence in shaping this new landscape.
Reed communicated his thoughts to Fox News Digital, referencing Harris’s brief and celebrity-heavy campaign that commenced after Biden’s withdrawal from the race in July.

Supporters and associates of Kirk, including Tyler Bowyer, the leader of Turning Point Action, identified the upcoming 2026 elections as the “Charlie Kirk election” during a vigil at Arizona State University.
