At merely 18, Kirk co-founded Turning Point USA with Bill Montgomery. The organization’s mission centered around promoting conservative values on college campuses. Over the years, Turning Point USA grew to become one of the most influential conservative movements in the country, organizing large-scale events featuring notable speakers like President Donald Trump.

He expressed deep sorrow, stating, “No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!”
