Flynn, a senior at Fort Lewis College, has publicly declared his intention to challenge the student government’s decision. He stated, “We have a lot of people in the background who are willing to support a lawsuit, but I prefer to follow a gradual approach and navigate the process step by step.” His determined stance showcases a commitment to advocating for the free exchange of ideas.
