The employee, speaking under the condition of anonymity to protect their family, shared insights with CBS’ “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan, expressing their anxiety about potential doxxing and the unauthorized access to personal information.
When discussing this fear, the employee specifically mentioned the risk that workers in the Department of Government Efficiency, including Musk himself, could misuse sensitive information. They articulated the severe implications of this concern, stating, “DOGE members, including Elon Musk, have access to not just the data within the USAID system but also my personal email address, my Social Security number, my entire security file.”
