Eli Manning Embraces New Role as Referee While Hinting at Olympic Aspirations

Eli Manning continues to thrive in life after his illustrious football career, exploring new ventures that keep him connected to the sport he loves.

Following a remarkable 16 seasons with the New York Giants, during which he secured two Super Bowl victories, Manning remains active in football, branching into broadcasting and coaching flag football. His commitment to the game is evident as he embarks on yet another captivating role.

A New Challenge Awaits

Manning will now officiate at Toyota’s Glow-Up Classic, a unique glow-in-the-dark flag football event designed to showcase standout female athletes from the Bay Area. This all-star game, played on the same field as the Pro Bowl, highlights Manning’s dedication to expanding opportunities in the sport.

Toyota’s substantial investment of $3 million annually into flag football has transformed the landscape, making the game accessible to over 300,000 youth players across the nation. With this event, Manning aims to further elevate the profile of female athletes in flag football.

Notable participants such as Brock Purdy and Jordan Love will take on team captain roles, while Christian Gonzalez and Kyle Hamilton will serve as defensive coordinators. Meanwhile, Puka Nacua and Michael Pittman Jr. will lead the offensive strategies.
