According to a recent criminal complaint, Song, a former U.S. Marine Corps reservist, purportedly fired two AR-15 style rifles directly at two correctional officers and an Alvarado police officer. Charges against him include three counts of attempted murder of a federal officer and three counts of discharging a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime.
