Acevedo and AlarconSanchez now face charges for discharging a firearm in certain municipalities, classified as a Class A misdemeanor. Meanwhile, Derce Lara is charged with six counts of aggravated assault involving a deadly weapon, a serious first-degree felony.
According to police reports, Acevedo has been released on bond. In contrast, AlarconSanchez and Derce Lara are currently detained due to immigration laws.
