In her candid remarks, Paltrow stated, “I’m a little sick of it, if I’m honest, and [I’m] getting back into eating some sourdough bread and some cheese. There, I said it.” This statement highlights a shift in her approach to nutrition.
The Paleo diet, often referred to as the caveman or Stone-Age diet, advocates for a dietary pattern resembling what early humans consumed during the Paleolithic era. According to health experts, this diet emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods and relies heavily on fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, nuts, and seeds while excluding grains, legumes, dairy products, and refined sugars.
