Tragically, Warner died while swimming at Playa Grande de Cocles in Costa Rica. Reports from the Costa Rica’s Judicial Investigation Department indicated that he was swept into deeper waters by a current while swimming. Initially rescued by beachgoers, Warner was unable to be revived by first responders.
