ICE Boston Arrests Guatemalan National Accused of Child Rape After Court Release
An accused child rapist unlawfully present in the United States has been apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Boston, according to an agency announcement made on Thursday.
ICE Boston reported that 19-year-old Stivenson Omar Perez-Ajtzalan was taken into custody on January 30. He faces charges of aggravated rape of a child in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The victim is reportedly over 10 years younger than Perez, who hails from Guatemala.
