EXCLUSIVE: Immigration and Customs Enforcement has filed a detainer against an illegal immigrant charged with the murder of a 15-year-old boy and the attempted rape of the boy’s mother.
Gildardo Amandor-Martinez, aged 36, allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, Aleida Lopez, in their Morehead, Kentucky apartment on Sunday. Witnesses say he attempted to rape her and caused injuries by biting her hand and arm.
In a desperate act of protection, Luis Lopez, the 15-year-old boy, intervened and was shot three times by Amandor-Martinez. In addition to this heinous act, the suspect reportedly threatened Lopez’s minor daughter with a firearm, as detailed by local news sources.
