In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Yoav Turgeman, CEO of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, stated that the company has successfully completed acceptance testing for its Iron Beam laser interceptor. This innovative system is now being delivered to the Israeli Air Force for active deployment.
We achieved significant milestones with the first production-line system, Turgeman noted. Following extensive testing, the system is poised for operational use by the Air Force.

The U.S. is currently developing its own missile defense strategy, drawing inspiration from Israel’s successful Iron Dome technology. Turgeman expressed hope that Iron Dome could be part of the U.S. solution, emphasizing the importance of diverse defensive capabilities, including the Stunner interceptor alongside laser technologies.
