Former Pussycat Dolls singer Kaya Jones has voiced her support for President Donald Trump’s recent Middle East peace deal, which she believes is a crucial step in addressing the conflict between Israel and Hamas. Moreover, she has criticized anti-Israel celebrities who have chosen to remain silent during this pivotal moment.
“We need peace. We needed a deal in place, and he was willing to get it done,” Jones stated in an interview with Fox News Digital. She added, “You can’t complain about peace, and then the guy works on making peace, and then you respond with, ‘Well, I don’t like it,’ or simply say nothing at all.”
Approximately two years after the devastating Hamas terrorist attacks on October 7, 2023, which ignited a conflict in Gaza, both parties reached a preliminary agreement on a U.S.-brokered ceasefire plan. Trump announced this significant breakthrough on October 8, 2025.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hamas committed to releasing all 20 remaining living Israeli hostages held in Gaza. In return, Israel agreed to free nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, including around 250 individuals convicted of violent acts or terrorism. This exchange has sparked various reactions among public figures and commentators.
Jones’ endorsement of Trump’s actions comes amidst rising criticism of Hollywood’s vocal
