New York Times Columnist Analyzes Trump as a Conventional Republican Figure
In a recent commentary, New York Times opinion columnist Jamelle Bouie asserted that President Donald Trump embodies the characteristics of a typical Republican far more than many supporters and critics often acknowledge.
Bouie’s article, entitled “Face It. Trump Is a Normie Republican,” argues that throughout his second term, Trump has governed in a way that aligns closely with traditional Republican principles.
