FIRST ON FOX: Representative Elise Stefanik from New York has requested that Attorney General Pam Bondi launch an investigation into Doctors Without Borders, also known by its French acronym MSF, under the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
In a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, Stefanik accuses MSF of engaging in a media campaign against the U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. The letter alleges that the organization has misrepresented the foundation, accusing it of “orchestrated killing,” a claim she suggests directly mirrors propaganda often disseminated by Hamas.
Stefanik argues that such statements jeopardize the operations of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which is currently the only large-scale humanitarian organization delivering food aid in Gaza. She asserts that these attacks endanger the vital support efforts being made in the region.
The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation has been credited with distributing an impressive total of 167 million meals to residents of Gaza since it commenced operations in May. In contrast, the United Nations reports that less than 18 percent of humanitarian assistance sent to Gaza has arrived at its intended recipients, due to incidents of theft and armed looting.
In her correspondence with Bondi, Stefanik suggests that by promoting Hamas-aligned disinformation, MSF may be engaging in unlawful activities. She emphasizes that the Anti-Terrorism Act explicitly forbids any individual or organization from providing material support to designated terrorist groups, which includes the dissemination of propaganda.
