In an interview with Fox News Digital, he stated that if the organizations do not comply with his requests, he will not hesitate to issue subpoenas.

CHIRLA has not responded to inquiries from Fox News Digital, while PSL and UD also did not provide immediate comments regarding Hawley’s allegations.
“This is not spontaneous, and the proof of that can be seen as the riots are spreading to Chicago and St. Louis,” Hawley told Fox. He asserted that someone is financing these demonstrations and called for a thorough investigation to uncover the source of the funding.

CHIRLA has also initiated the Rapid Response Network, a hotline utilized by immigrants to report ICE activities. This network sends alerts that inform migrants about potential ICE raids, helping them evade capture.
