O’Donnell explained, “Although I was someone who never thought I would move to another country, I realized that this was the best choice for myself and my 12-year-old child.” She is currently pursuing Irish citizenship as part of her new life.

However, co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin expressed skepticism toward the notion that America is no longer a place of freedom under Trump. She noted, “It’s vital to remember that America is larger than the president. It embodies more than just the current political landscape.”
Griffin elaborated on her perspective, stating, “This country extends beyond the presidency. While there are some realities I would face in Europe, it’s essential not to exaggerate the notion that America is broken, especially when comparing to European systems that may not fit everyone’s needs.”
