The Hot Springs Police Department responded to an emergency call from a Circle K gas station on Malvern Avenue, situated roughly 55 miles from Little Rock. Officers arrived at approximately 11:30 p.m. on January 17 to find 20-year-old Noah Epperson unconscious and suffering from severe injuries.

According to a police report acquired by a local news outlet, the violence stemmed from an earlier confrontation at a party involving two separate groups. Friends of Epperson informed authorities that after leaving the party, their group went to the gas station, only to be followed by the opposing group.

Once at the gas station, a second fight erupted. Eyewitnesses recorded the confrontation, which showed Epperson being violently punched multiple times in the face before having his head stomped on by another individual.

The Aftermath of the Brawl
